However, any complaints received will be treated seriously by us. In the first instance, please contact Julie McKee on 07795 517720 or 01524 425652, and I will deal with the issue immediately.

EQUALITY POLICY

We will not tolerate or accept any type of discrimination against anybody. Everyone will be treated equally and fairly, regardless of background, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age or disability.

If we have a suitable vehicle available for the date & time you request, and you are prepared to pay the agreed price, you will receive the same treatment as anybody else. If you require additional assistance, this will be forthcoming.

DATA

All data and personal information provided to us is given in confidence purely for the purposes of fulfilling your booking. This information will only be shared with others in the circumstance that they are driving you at any point. Other than that, nobody else can access your details except Lancaster City Council Licensing Officers for investigation purposes with cause, or the police.
We do not use any contact details for marketing, nor do we share or sell your details to other companies.

SAFEGUARDING

All Private Hire drivers are subject to enhanced DBS checks as part of Lancaster City Council’s licensing conditions. Additionally, all Private Hire drivers have completed a training course on safeguarding & trafficking. Any concerns regarding safeguarding policies can be raised with your driver, Julie McKee, or by contacting Lancaster Council Licensing Department. (details as above)
